According to MyZimbabwe report, the house wife returned from a journey unannounced, opened the door with her keys and noticed the presence of another woman in her home. She tiptoed to the window of the bedroom and saw her husband having s*x with the intruder on her matrimonial bed.
Yabadza quietly entered her kitchen where she boiled hot oil which she emptied on the body of the relaxing intruder(mary). Mary sustained burns to her face, neck and chest/br**st.
Nyabadza was thereafter, arrested and dragged to an Harare Magistrates' Court where she pleaded guilty to assault. She was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment and was given 6 months off for good behavior over a period of five years and 210hours of community service for the remaining 6 months.
